What to Expect in a
RP Book Discussion Group
A Meeting of Peers
At the beginning of each meeting, Candace will guide a meditation/embodiment exercise & a relational exercise from The Fullness of the Ground: A Guide to Embodied Awakening. Each meeting will end with a meditation.
During the central hour of our time together, we will highlight and talk about particular passages in the book that have inspired us, deepened us, stimulated questions or thoughts, helped us understand more, moved or awakened us.
We will want to look at the highlights in 16-pages of book text at each meeting in order to complete our passage through in 9 weeks. The material is very rich & meaningful, so we will need to be selective. Please highlight passages that fill you.
The group is not intended as a soap box for any one person's thoughts or experience of RP. It is meant as a textural compliment by each of us to the wisdom of Judith Blackstone's perspective on the ground of being & embodied awakening via the Realization Process.
As Realization Process practitioners with 1 or more RP teacher trainings, we all know, to some degree, the language, the "jargon," of Realization Process.
These group discussions are intended to stimulate & help your presentation of your self & this work in the world.
Expect to explore with your peers the meaningful practices of community communion including deep listening & egalitarian response.
This discussion group is offered to help you uncover language to express the textures of the ground of being. And to help us all understand & deepen our perception/experience within/as the unified, relational, healing ground of Fundamental Consciousness.
Participation Requirements
* You have minimum 1 RP teacher training (or equivilant practice & study)
* Please purchase & read all of Judith Blackstone's The Fullness of the Ground: A Guide to Embodied Awakening, Sounds True 2023
* Please read & consider the suggested pages before the meeting begins
* As you read for the meeting, note passages that interest you to share with the group
* Please commit to attend a minimum 6 of the 9 classes with your camera on
* Please be present in your listening to others
* Please be patient in your responses to ideas
* Please be honest in your kindness & curious in your attitude

The Realization Process book discussion groups are intended to support the RP community's collective understanding of the work of Judith Blackstone, founder Realization Process.
Facilitated by RP Senior Teacher Candace Cave, we'll begin with guided Realization Process practice relevant to the week's reading. The intention is to settle us together in fundamental consciousness' unified relational field & our own ground of being.
In community, we'll discuss ideas and descriptions that feel important and relevant to our own embodied realization and to our teaching of RP.
Meetings will end with a simple guided meditation.
