Kindling and refining portals of absorption toward stillness and movement and oneness.

Uncovering Qualities to support the flow of Aliveness so that you move all of your body-being.

Moving in Balance

Discover dimensions, planes, & levels of being in your body to absorb you fully into the stillness.

Moving into Contact

Unitive ground as contact full — emptiness that is wholeness receiving & expressing presence

Moving Inhabited

Explore Embodied Wholeness walking, lying down, moving to music, moving in flow, moving all parts.

There are five elements of embodiment we will explore with each class, in their own order, one element building and expanding on another...

Wholeness

WHOLENESS

Every class is oriented towards Wholeness of Being & allowing experience that is “good enough”. We understand wholeness as inhabiting the interior space of the body, including the subtle vertical core, attuned to the spacious stillness that we call fundamental consciousness. We understand “good enough” as knowing each of us is finding inner contact as best as we are able in each moment & allowing the experience to be as it is.

Relating to the Ground

STANDING WORK

We will explore Earth's qualities of gravity, matter, energy, and how stillness is found at the center And we'll uncover the many directions that gravity draws us to & supports us in center, helping us stabilize our internal & external balance as we move though life embodied on this planet.

Opening Through the Channels

LAYING DOWN PRACTICES

The RP Stillness Moving Lying Down practices guide us to use our beath to explore various channels of energy in the body. Moving upright, the work also guides us to settle and receive those subtle energies, rather than directing them. This is a key experience in our development of fluidity supported by stillness.

Core Points as Portals

DEEPENING IN THE CORE

Any one point along the subtle vertical core will absorb us into wholeness & oneness. The RP Stillness Moving practices refine & illuminate this subtle absorption throughout the whole body via the circuitry points.

Presence & Contact

QUALITY OF CONTACT

The qualities of fundamental consciousness & of embodiment are portals to disentangling the struggle & changing flow of Aliveness. You'll find that movement refines subtle understanding & reveals gaps in contact. 

Free Movement

MUSIC AS INTEGRATION

Each class will deepen aspects of your embodied attunement via demonstration & specific guided practice, primarily moving. We'll bring our explorations into wholeness & then into guided exploration with music. Gradually, you'll explore the practices & principles in free movement with music. 

What does the quality of your contact with Fundamental Consciousness feel like when your body begins and continues to move?

How can you comfortably locate yourself in the center of your body-being while you are walking, experiencing, rising, resting?

Can you feel how Gravity and contact with Earth help draw you deeper into the stillness of absolute balance?

Do you really know what it feels like to live and breathe within the subtle core of your body absorbing & letting go into oneness? 

Join us this summer. We'll enter into a subtle embodiment exploration in a lively community of RP Practitioners.

Becoming Stillness, Moving is an eleven-class practice series using Realization Process to help you discover more detailed, more stable, and more embodied contact with Fundamental Consciousness. We will explore gravity, balance, portals to oneness, subtle currents of energy, and your inhabited experience of the ground of being, fundamental consciousness.

Registration limited: 8-18 participants.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This series is recommended for dedicated Realization Process practitioners. It is intended for those who want to deepen subtle contact with their embodied experience using RP practices intended specifically to kindle stable cohesion, fluidity, expression & symmetry while moving through life.

To participate, you will have:

  • A minimum of six months (or 20 hours) of practice with an RP teacher — in private sessions, classes, or group settings

  • Comfort with standing, moving, and getting up and down from the floor

About Candace

I'm a Realization Process Senior Teacher Trainer, fully certified in every aspect of RP with all available advanced certificates. I’ve accumulated hundreds of hours of training, thousands of hours guiding individuals and groups, and more than 15 years of personal study with RP founder Judith Blackstone.

 

I first encountered Judith Blackstone’s RP Stillness Moving work one extremally cold December in San Francisco. I’ve danced all my life and this perspective on Realization Process helped me uncover cohesion and fluidity in ways that most of the exercises I’d learned in RP teacher trainings do not. So, over the years I’ve very much incorporated the RP Stillness Moving principles in both my teaching and personal practice.

 

My teaching of this work is inspired by Blackstone’s writing:

“The downward pull of gravity and the upward current of energy from the ground actually move us toward balance if we do not impede their action… Fundamental Consciousness is the dimension of perfect balance.”

Talia DeFalco

Talia has been living inside the Realization Process for six years taking every opportunity to integrate embodiment and wholeness into a lived experience. 

 

Between being a fully certified RP Teacher, Web Designer, and a Somatic dance guide, the thread that weaves in her work is listening to the intelligence of design, finding flow within structure, and stabilizing into the ground that can hold the multifaceted expression of Aliveness. 

 

In this series, Talia will be supporting the seamless experience of our exploration together, curating some of our music, and assisting as the in-house tech fairy.
